Over 30 International Sites Sullivan Associates
is providing a wide range of Architectural and Engineering services for this global communications firm at more than 30 international sites. Our work begins with site assessment, proceeds into preparation of design drawings, qualification of bidders, selection of vendors, oversight of delivery and ends with coordination of installation and acceptance of operational capability. During 1999 and to date in 2000, Sullivan Associates has completed over $15 million of work and is currently responsible for an additional $25 million in capital investments planned or underway for the next 12 months.
Sullivan Associates
prepares an 80% level of Architectural and Engineering design drawings with a specification package that can be used in the bidding solicitation and selection process. Working with local architects and engineers who provide site specific information, Sullivan Associates designs and engineers required mechanical, electrical, and fire protection solutions to suit the unique characteristics of the building and the client's occupancy plans. Once finalized, Sullivan Associates' Logistical Services Unit procures major equipment, including generators and enclosures if needed, UPS units and batteries, HVAC chillers and air handling units, switchgear, and power distribution units and then orchestrates their delivery to the site and subsequent installation, testing, and activation.
